Terms and Conditions

By booking in you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and privacy policy – we do not share emails or personal information with any other unauthorised third parties.

To cancel any classes, just log in to the booking timetable where you can manage all your scheduled bookings. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellations by email or text.

FOR PREGNANCY YOGA
Please note, we have a 12 hour class cancellation policy – any classes cancelled within that time or missed will be charged as if attended.
When buying class pass bundles, 5 class packages have a 6 week expiry and 10 class packages have a 12 week expiry. It is your responsibility to use the credits within the allotted time frame, packages will not be extended (unless I have had a class cancellation arise from my end – see below).
Any credits remaining at the end of pregnancy can be discounted from your post natal term booking.

FOR POST NATAL YOGA
Post natal yoga bookings are for the term only – missed sessions are non-refundable, because you receive a discount for your commitment.
If you had credits left over from pregnancy yoga, contact Kim to have these discounted from your term booking.

FOR WORKSHOPS/GROUP COURSES
If you are booking for a workshop or group course – please note, the cancellation window is 48 hours. Places cancelled within 48 hours will not be refunded. Prior to 48 hours, credit can be moved to the next course or exchanged for pregnancy/post natal yoga credits.
Course fees are non refundable except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. baby loss, preterm labour).

As I work as an on-call doula, I may need to occasionally cancel classes at short notice. Should this need arise, you will be updated by the booking system and via the class whatsapp chat. All credits will be returned and any packages extended to account for this.

Starting our classes is no different to starting any other form of exercise, the same advice applies, you should move carefully and listen to your body. We suggest waiting until around 15 weeks to start pregnancy yoga (you may start sooner if you feel well) or after 6 weeks following a vaginal birth or 8 weeks post caesarean birth for post natal yoga. If in doubt, consult your doctor or midwife.

When booking, you confirm that you understand that by participating in this class you are totally responsible for yourself (and your baby if participating in Mum & Baby classes). In the unlikely event of any injury of any kind, the teacher of this class and/or LushTums is not in any way responsible.

When booking online through the links on this website, you will be prompted to accept the following statement as part of the booking process:

Starting our classes is no different to starting any other form of exercise – the same guidelines apply:

If you are pregnant and not used to regular exercise, then it is recommended that you move carefully and wait until after 15 weeks before starting class. If you have a regular practice, good sense of body awareness and/or feel safe and confident starting classes earlier than 15/16 weeks, you are welcome to join earlier but please inform your teacher of this when booking.

If you are postnatal please wait until 6 weeks after a vaginal delivery or 8 weeks after a caesarean section, before you begin exercising or taking our classes again. Please ask your doctor in your postnatal check up, to see if you have diastasis recti (separated tummy muscles), SPD, hernia or any kind of prolapse and inform your teacher before booking you class.

If you are coming to the Women’s Yoga, Postnatal Yoga or Pregnancy Yoga please make sure you tell your teacher of any conditions, injuries, operations or medications that you take that may effect your practice. In all cases, if in doubt, please consult your doctor, midwife or healthcare professional.

In attendance of all classes you understand that by participating in this class you are totally responsible for yourself (and your baby) and if in the unlikely event of any injury of any kind, or miscarriage, the teacher of this class, nor LushTums, is not in any way responsible.
